Muay Thai is a combat sport which is becoming popular all over the world. The sport was originated in Thailand. It was started in the 15th century where most of the fighters used to use this sport to defeat the warriors.
The most famous fighter of Thai was Nai Khanom Tom, who single handedly defeated 9 warriors with the use of Muay Thai. However this sport has evolved since then and the amount of violence has also gone down. Nowadays this sport is just another form of martial arts which is taken up by the sport lovers.
As this sport is famous all around the world, there are many training camps which teach this sport. But all these trainings miss one thing which is the ambience. Ambience is very important for learning this sport and to sink into the trainee. This ambience is provided only by Thailand training centers. They know this sport in and out and give you the feel of Muay Thai exclusively.
But this sport is not only to be learnt for fun. One needs a lot of dedication and strength as the training is very taxing.
The actual fight of Muay Thai is straight forward and easy. There are a total of five rounds which are of 3 minutes each and there is a music which is ongoing along with the match. The players or the boxers can hit anywhere on the body except the head. There are multiple combinations which are used in this sport. Some of the most common moves which the boxers use are the high kicks and the elbow thrusts and the knee hooks. Though this sport looks very violent but it has reduced its level of violence as compared to the past. All this is what makes Muay Thai Thailand entertaining and special.
