But, what makes Thailand interesting besides the beaches, old temples, natural wonders and great nightlife is the opportunity to practice Muay Thai there.

Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing among Westerners, is a very popular sport in Thailand. This is actually their national sport invented in the jungles of Thailand many centuries ago as a combat skill for survival. Nowadays, this is a very trendy fitness activity that has proven to be helpful on many levels. Muay Thai training is conducted in specialized camps with experienced trainers. Every student regardless of their condition, gender and fitness goals is welcome in these camps.

The training classes consist of series of interesting and challenging exercises. This is not the only thing that will make you stay active and alert during the classes.
